This is a second attempt for my vlogging friends, this time in SWF. This one opens, as expected in the pop-up window, but takes a few seconds to actually start playing. Please let me know your results.
The daily cooking report will come later - I'm making two different kinds of tomato chutney.
worked perfect on one MAC at work.
got an error message(need to install shockwave) on another.
i think adrian is right...mpeg4 is a good standard to stick with.
we need to at least have a standard for ourselves.
but if flash is good for you...keep at it.
the crreation is key.

Nice kitchen :O)
Also like the bells in the background.
Second method is nice but then there is no play controls which might be nice for going back and remember if you said 3 or 5 cups of water.
:O)

I got the first attempt to work now. ...had to upgrade windows media player on the mac. no problem after that. This file had to be downloaded to my desktop and then didn't open properly (my configuration glitch obviously). Anyway, I'm now going to make chutney since our tomatoes are overflowing off the vines here.
